2022 season with fundamental innovations

In addition to the mix of racing events at various national kart racing series, participants can look forward to further innovations. Together with technical partner BRP-Rotax, DEKM promoter IKmedia is announcing two classification classes in the 2022 DEKM season. In addition to the current senior e-karts, there will be a separate class for junior e-karts from next year. This will be for young drivers (born in 2008–2010). Participation in the senior class will be possible for drivers born in 2008 and older.

New from the coming season is also the change to MOJO racing tires. The MOJO D5 will be used as a slick, and in wet conditions DEKM will rely on the MOJO W5 from 2022. The distribution of the racing tires and the associated handling will be carried out locally by BRP-Rotax.
